At Padel Rackets, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your new racket isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging with the protective handle wrap intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the padel racket in its original box, ensuring any included accessories or covers are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the exterior of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the gear and confirms it is in new condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
